Medications Reconciliation

I am a registered pharmacist licensed in Hawaii and Texas. I have over 10 years of experiences working in both retail and hospital pharmacist. My expertise is mostly in the geriatrics. I see how many drugs that our elderly is taking daily. Most of my parents are also in their 90's and they too are taking a lot of medications.  I am a pharmacist but I also an expertise in herbals and plants products.  There are so many plants and products out there that we are not using or have no knowledge of them. They are not familiar to us and we are afraid to use them. We are strictly following our doctors order. It is alright to follow your doctors order but with my help you can decrease the amount of medications on your list and live a healthier and happier life. We will not change your medication regimen unless your doctors authorize us to do so. We are here to help you giving you more options to be happier and live a better life than in your current situation.
